Weinstube / Wine Bar
Bei Otto draws on more than 28 years of experience in the restaurant and food trade business in Thailand. The business started with a simple restaurant and has grown into a company, which now consists of an award winning restaurant, catering service, a bakery, a delicatessen store, a German butchery and now its latest addition, a German Weinstube.
The Weinstube is based on reflecting the homey atmosphere and comfort of a Wine bar just like you would see in the famed wine regions of Germany. The Menu, created by Executive Chef Walter Pfluger, offers a small yet tasty selection of delicious treats designed to match the 30 plus featured wines.
“We have put a lot of effort in selecting each individual wine in order to be able to provide a wide range of exceptional, colorful wines to our guests”, says General Manager, Mr. Alexander Schillinger. “Our selection offers a series of wines from some of the most celebrated vineyards in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tirol – to guarantee every visit becomes an experience you won’t forget”.
Wine lovers will be able to enjoy thrilling white wines such as Lenz Riesling DAC, Fred Loimer, Kamptal, Austria, the Nahestein Riesling Trocken, Diel, Nahe, Germany or the Pinot Grigio DOC Elena Walch, Alto Adige, South Tirol, just to name a few. On the reds the Wine Stube offers unique experiences such as the Pinot Noir “N” Spaetburgunder, A. Kesseler, Rheingau, Germany, the Cabernet Pinot Barrique, Jürg Saxer, Thurgau, Switzerland or the Incognito, Philipp Khun, Pfalz, Germany.
